Alphabet was commissioned by Hilton Hotels to shoot their Japan recruitment. As recruiting good talent is one of the biggest challenges facing large companies especially in the hospitality sector we had to make sure the messaging was on point and appealing for what potential employees are looking for. Working with real Hilton Employees we had to bring out their their brightest personality and encourage them to preform in front of the camera.
